5. Warranty
- uPVC Products: 20 Years Warranty
- Steel Door Locks: 5 Years Warranty
Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, structural issues, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Customized products are non-returnable. If an order is canceled during production, charges apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All product images, text, and design material belong to Shira Empire.
